A completed well audit form must be submitted upon the completion of an insured well
Agent Producer Agreement Instructions & Forms
As a new producer with Transpac Managers, the following actions need to be executed:
- Complete the Producer Profile and return.
- Review, sign, and return the Producer Agreement to Transpac Managers.
- Complete and return a W-9 form.
In addition to these, you will also need to forward updated copies of your Agency Licensing and E & O Umbrella documentation, where applicable.
